There is a waiting list to get one.  Usually it takes a couple years to work your way up the list.  When I saw I missed the deadline I was so mad.  <\/p>\n<p>I talked to them a couple days ago, and I was told that today I could buy a permit online and put my name back on the waiting list, but due to my priority points I would probably be high up on the list, but that still might mean I have to wait a year.  <\/p>\n<p>I went online and to my surprise the permit I wanted was available.
