Flying to San Diego

I got up this morning and drove to Renton. I was on the road around eight in the morning and I was trying to make good time getting to Renton. When I got to Renton I had enough time to get my luggage to Bill’s truck and get a ride to the air port. I was going to San Diego for a softball tournament.

I got through security and waited to board the plane. I had about an hour to wait. Then I got on the plane. The flight down was just over two hours. Once at San Diego I got washed up and then had some dinner before getting a taxi to get to the hotel. I didn’t want to wait around until I could get a ride from someone on the team.

At the hotel I got my luggage put into the room. Then I went for a walk down the road. It went about half a mile and found a Subway. I got a sandwich and a pop at a nearby gas station. I went back to the room to eat it and I watched TV for the rest of the evening. I was excited about playing softball this weekend.
