Bringing it back from the old Web home

June 7th, 2005

A Website I started in April of ninety-six is getting a new lease on life. It is called Cartoons for the Warehouse. For years it sat on my WSU server space. But I decided to resurrect it. It had been sitting neglected for years. I got a new domain name http://www.cartoonsforthewarehouse.com and set up the site there. I made it with a SQL Server back end using classic ASP. All the work will be database driven so I will not have to spend so much time updating many pages. Plus the visible tables, a popular tag attribute in the nineties is now gone. I have a lot more work to do, but it is getting underway.

After I spent my day working to get my last few VIs taken care of I went home for dinner. When dinner was over I worked on my Website. I was trying to figure out exactly how to do the layout and what colors and everything else.

I did watch House as well as a few other shows. I am pretty much back to normal for the long weekend and staying up as late as ever.
