OT Shift

I knew with the snow that fell last night that I would be called for an OT shift because I was very high up the list. As I sat in my office doing some testcases the phone rang. It was the OT shift I was expecting. I took it and worked out at the Deuce.

It was a pretty slow day. We started with a call that due to the snow on the road took us a while to get to because of the fact we had to go around to a different road to get to the scene. Then the engine got stuck due to the snow and we had to get a plow and a gravel truck up there to help with it.

As the day went on I worked on my testcases. We did get one more call later on in the evening, but overall it was a quiet night.

We watched Tropic Thunder at the station. When it was over we took that movie and the others ones back to Safeway because they were due at midnight. I got some pie for everyone to have for dessert.
